Returns and refunds

This policy applies to purchases from KOVEN LLC. Where a different policy is shown on the product page or at checkout, that policy applies, but it never reduces the rights below.

Your statutory rights

You keep every right that the consumer protection law of your country gives you. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those rights.

Returns

Unless a different policy is shown at checkout, unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items will be repaired, replaced or refunded as required by law. Email contact@kovenllc.com with your order number for return instructions.

Shipping

Unless a different time is stated at checkout, orders are shipped within 30 days. If an order cannot be shipped in time, you will be notified and may cancel it for a prompt refund.

Right of withdrawal (European Union, EEA and United Kingdom)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you order multiple goods delivered separately, or goods delivered in several lots, the period runs from the day you acquire possession of the last good or lot.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KOVEN LLC, contact@kovenllc.com) of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs from choosing a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

Faulty goods

• European Union: goods that are faulty or not as described are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery.
• United Kingdom: you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
• Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
• New Zealand: our goods come with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method at no extra charge, within the time limits required by law.
