This policy explains how KOVEN LLC ("we") handles personal information in connection with kovenllc.com and the sale of our products.
Who is responsible

This website
kovenllc.com does not currently set cookies or use analytics or advertising tools. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs, which is necessary to deliver and secure the site. Because we do not track visitors across sites, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
Information we process and where it comes from
- Contact details, such as name, email address and phone number.
- Order details, such as delivery and billing address, products purchased and payment status. Payments are handled by payment processors; we do not receive full card numbers.
- Messages you send us.
We receive this information from you, and from the marketplaces and stores where you place an order. Providing order and delivery details is necessary to perform the contract; without them we cannot fulfil your order.
Why we use it
- To fulfil orders and handle returns (performance of a contract).
- To answer your messages (our legitimate interest in responding, or steps you request before a contract).
- To keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and secure our services (legitimate interests).
Where the law relies on consent, by giving us your information you consent to its use for these purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting for us, such as hosting, payment, shipping, marketplace and email providers; authorities where required by law; and a successor in the event of a sale or reorganization of our business. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Your information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate, where it may be accessible to courts and authorities under local law. How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by tax and commercial law, generally up to 10 years. Other information is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
